About Us
Pacific Designs began as a landscape construction company back in 1995. It continued through the late 1990’s as a design/build firm. In recent years Pacific Designs has moved out of the construction end of the business to focus entirely on site-analysis and programming, design, and consulting.
Pacific Designs is currently a sole-proprietorship owned by Francis Spillane. Francis is currently registered in Washington State- Registration #1117.
Francis believes the overall mission of Pacific Designs is to love and serve God, through the honest and dedicated service to our clients.
Hopefully, in all that we do we will be a blessing to our clients, our world, and bring glory to God, Soli Deo Gloria!
