Francis Spillane (Pacific Designs) provided a complete package of service as we approached the landscape aspect of our new home.
Our site was a challenge with difficult elevations, drainfield and septic tank locations.
Francis listened to our desires and translated them into a beautiful finished design. His involvement continued throughout the project, with close attention to detail, as he worked with the contractor directing plant placement and helped provide solutions to those inevitable challenges that occur in a project of this nature.
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Francis. He made the entire process a pleasure. Our home is surrounded by a lovely park setting which enhances the total experience of living here.

'Holy Land Ministries' is a registered non-profit organization in Israel and registered 501c3 in U.S.A. Based in the poor neighbourhood of Jaffa/Tel-Aviv, Israel; we provide a soup kitchen, homeless shelter accommodation and related services to needy men, women and children in this area of Israel.
Mr. Spillane specifically assisted us on our new project; a farming community in the Negev desert, Israel. He provided expertise in the following areas: consulting, building housing models, making concept drawings for the farming community and following-up on work done. Many times, a free service is second rate but Mr. Spillane's work is quick and professional and we will not hesitate to request his assistance again.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Francis Spillane (Pacific Designs) on the design of our landscape plan. With so many plant choices available, his expertise was helpful in our decision making process.
We found Francis to be a great listener which, coupled with his attention to detail, allowed him to quickly come up with a design that worked well for our needs.
That being said, we are convinced that he was willing to take whatever time it took to make sure we were happy with our design. Our project included a complete renovation of our yard, with drainage, spinklers, hardscape, lawns, plants and trees.
